
How to quickly, easily and cheaply protect your hand embroidery to make it durable for everyday use

This is a quick, easy and cheap way to protect your hand embroidery and make it durable for everyday use on items like tote bags, zipper pouches, tea towels and cushions.
To do this you will need:
• Your embroidery project
• A piece of fusible cotton (e.g. Pellon SF101 Shape-Flex) cut to a size that will cover the back of your stitching
• A damp cloth
• An iron on wool/steam setting
• A protected surface to iron on e.g. ironing board or blanket
Buy Pellon SF101 Shape-Flex - I buy the fusible cotton on ebay.co.uk by the half metre just search "Pellon SF101"
