
Uncomplicated Delicious Gluten Free Bread Recipe

I looove bread ππ but over the past months I noticed that gluten containing food have an impact on my energy. So I have been trying to make a tasty and uncomplicated gluten free bread for months and I finally found a great formula π Here is the recipe:
βοΈ INGREDIENTS
2 cups rolled oats (gluten free)
1 2/3 cups brown rice flour
1 tbsp brown sugar (or other sweetener)
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp sea salt
2 1/3 cups water
1/3 cup psyllium husks
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp rolled oats for topping
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 325F(160C). Grease a baking pan.
Process the oat and then the brown rice (separately) in a food processor until it becomes a thin flour, or alternatively you can purchase those flours.
Mix up the oat flour, brown rice flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt in a large bowl until well blended.
Mix up the water, lemon juice and psyllium husks well and let sit for 5 minutes until it thickens.
Add the psyllium mixture to the flour mixture and combine well to make a dough. Then shape it into a ball, place it into the greased pan and sprinkle some oat over it.
Bake for 1 hour and a half. The top of the bread should be crusty and brown and should make a hollow sound when tapped on the surface.
Let it cool down completely before slicing, and enjoy π
