Sometimes making a drama out of a non crisis, it's easy to get frustrated as the video shows... Legally observing with a video camera is just another way of video recording observations and interactions. Not only can people struggle to comprehend from words spoken, they can also believe they are acting 100% professional... It's all about opinions and debate, we all have opinions while many like to debate.
