Prime Minister Kishida will have a press conference where he will also talk about the Japan Travel Ban and a possible easing of the border measures. It will be at 19:00 today, Japan Standard Time.

Main points from the press conference.
- Borders will reopen from the first of March to everyone except tourists.
- Change in the cap of people allowed per day. (from 3500 to 5000).
- Quarantine (3 or 0 days if booster shot).
