3 EASY RAW VEGAN DRESSINGS ☆ RANCH, CAESAR + VINAIGRETTE (OIL FREE)

Hi my beautiful friends ♡ Today I’m sharing 3 raw vegan dressings (ranch, spicy caesar and a sweet & tangy raspberry vinaigrette). These recipes are so simple, savory and DELICIOUS! The best part about them is their vegan, cruelty free, dairy and oil free!

♡ DRESSING 1: CREAMY CASHEW
✧ 1 cup of cashews (soaked)
✧ 2/3-3/4 cup of water (depending on desired consistency)
✧ 2 cloves of garlic
✧ 1/2 tsp of onion powder
✧ 1 tbsp of lemon juice (1/2 of a lemon)
✧ 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
✧ 1 tsp of dried dill
✧ 1/4 tsp of salt
✧ 1/2 tbsp of chives
✧ 1 tbsp of green onion

♡ DRESSING 2: SPICY CAESAR
✧ 1/3 cup of cashews
✧ 1.5 tbsp of hemp seeds
✧ 1/2 cup of water
✧ 1/2 tsp black pepper
✧ 1/4 tsp of salt
✧ 1.5 tbsp of lemon juice
✧ 2 tbsp of nutritional yeast
✧ 2.5 cloves of garlic
✧ 1/2-1 tsp of mustard powder (depending on how spicy you want it)

♡ DRESSING 3: RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE
✧ 1 cup of raspberries
✧ 2 tsp of mustard powder
✧ 1.3 tbsp of raw nama shoyu (or coconut aminos)
✧ 1.6 tbsp of raw blue agave (or coconut nectar)
✧ 1/4 cup of water
✧ 3 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
